I visited Barcelona in 2017 when I was living in Paris and working on the next issue for Here & There Magazine. I always find in interesting when I visit a place for the first time and have no expectations about it. I usually need to just walk for a day to get a feel for the place and see where I fit in with the culture. Barcelona quickly became a place I could see myself living. I mean, to start, it is known as the City of Sun. As a Canadian who doesn't love long winters, this seemed very appealing to me. Of course, it was the architecture that really captured my attention (and lens). In each area, little things differed to let us know which part of the city we were in, yet it all has this incredible flow and consistency.
