Paris is a city I am happy to call 'home'. Though I no longer live there, when I go back, I feel like I am going home. Since the first moment I stepped foot in France, it just felt familiar and comforting to me. When I lived there between 2016-2018, I started a series titled 'Somewhere In-Between' which was essentially me finding my way around and my place in the massive city. I realized that I can belong –mentally– to Paris and Canada and never have to choose one over the other because both make me my best self.
